Giveaway!

I've decided on a giveaway to celebrate my 100th post!

I found these Scripture memory cds last fall and bought one (Seeds of Purpose and Seeds of Courage) for each of my kids for Christmas. This cd has become our dancing-wildly-and-bouncing-on-the-couch-cushions music of choice. I absolutely love it and find myself singing the catchy songs and the WORD OF GOD all day long! Check out their website to order for yourself, or better yet - enter my giveaway to win a brand new copy of "Seeds of Purpose"!

Just leave a comment below and I will randomly draw a winner on Wednesday, May 28. Be sure to include a link to your blog or an email address so I can contact you if you win. But I guarantee you'll all be winners if you make the effort to track down these cds for your kids!

Wow! That sounds great! My kids love to dance (check out my WFMW this week) and I welcome any opportunity to help hide God's word in their hearts. Seems like this could work for me too! Thanks!

We have the Steve Green "Hide 'em in your Heart" cds/dvds with scriptures. The kids love them, but they are pretty dated (videos are very obviously from the 80s or 90s) We love dancing at our house too.

This sounds so great. I am always looking for ideas to help my children know the bible (and myself as I was not raised christian so I don't know a lot of the verses yet myself!) Thank you!!

Memory through music always works for us! :)

I'm not a mom, so you don't have to put me in your contest, but I just think this is an awesome idea. I have a few scriptures that I learned through songs and they are the ones that stick with me the most.

That sounds terrific! Thanks for the tip. Definitely need to get us one of those!

Scripture songs are a very, very good thing. Our whole family has been greatly blessed by GT and the Halo Express. (www.gthalo.com)

I was just thinking this morning how I've got to get a CD of scripture songs for my two and half year old and I to sing together. I've been making up songs to scripture, but my husband laughs because they're all the same tune! :) I also know this is a GREAT time for memorizing scripture b/c their little brains are like sponges! She just leanred the Lord's prayer after only hearing it a few times - amazing!

I'm interested! I don't have many quality CDs for my kids yet, and I'd LOVE some good scripture memory ones. If I don't win, I'll check them out anyway. Thanks for the heads up!
